As a web-based product that truly offers real-time reporting, we have been able to provide unique access to the activity occurring on our client's property/account. Security is generally provided at night or during times when the property or buildings are not in use. We then become the ever important eyes and ears for the client. SilverTrac allows our officers to log information about incidents that may have occurred or to follow-up on special patrol requests from the client, who can then view the information from the comfort of the client's office or home.
I could go on and on about how great I believe this software is and the expediential value its provided our Company, but l would be remiss without complimenting the level of customer service and technical assistance we have received from the SilverTrac team. The programmers have made this software extremely easy to start-up and manage and have been very receptive to all our feedback. The response time to questions is immediate and there is a feedback section within the web-based program that allows users to submit bugs and feedback. All these issues are tracked in your personal profile and have been addressed in a very timely fashion.

At a recent demonstration of SilverTrac for our clients, the one question universally was When can we start it ? The clients were not only impressed with the detail that the officers can record, they are most excited about the Email Notification system. Most of our clients manage multiple properties which places a great demand on their time. They all said they were most impressed with the notification system that will free them up from the daily routine of looking at reports, and they will still be able to keep up with the occurrences on their properties.
As an old patrol officer myself, I can say from experience I wish I had this system available to me. I could have done twice the amount of reports with half the effort. All of our officers are looking forward to the full implementation of the SilverTrac system.
